Whitepaper
What the platform does, what it runs on, what it costs, and how it reaches your properties.
01
A production property operations platform on your own domain, carrying your identity.
We host and operate the deployment throughout — on a domain of your choice for a licensed platform, or as part of our managed cloud for a single building.
02
You manage multiple buildings and want a single system across all of them.
You want to offer property management software without building it yourself.
You operate a staffed front desk and a significant volume of paperwork.
A single small building without staff is likely more than this requires.
03
04
Your name, logo and colours are applied across the entire interface and every email and message the system sends. There is no "powered by" attribution. Your residents see your brand only.
You provide a domain; we configure the certificate and DNS. Each organization holds its own configuration — active modules, default permissions, notification rules.
05
06
Permissions are enforced server-side, not in the browser. Hiding a button is not security, so we do not count it as any.
07
Pricing follows the modules you enable. A building without a concierge desk is not charged for one.
We publish a single plan covering every module for up to 500 residents. Below that threshold, pricing follows the modules you enable; above it, portfolios are quoted individually. Crossing 500 prompts a conversation, never an automatic charge.
08
Portfolio review, module selection and cost. No charge.
Identity applied throughout; platform deployed on your domain.
Properties, units, residents, staff and existing documents.
Limited rollout to one or two buildings ahead of full deployment.
Remaining properties in batches, with staff training material.
Single channel with an agreed response time. Managed updates.
09
The platform already holds your notices, threads, documents, requests and logs. Agents operate on that data directly — reading it, acting on it, and returning the result for your approval.
Classifies an incoming request by type and urgency, opens the ticket and routes it.
Converts a short brief into a finished announcement in both languages, selects the audience, and follows up on non-readers.
Records a package from a photograph of the label, notifies the resident, and follows up on uncollected items.
Answers questions from your document library and cites the source page.
Validates a booking against your amenity rules, proposes viable times and resolves conflicts.
Consolidates a week of logs into a management brief with the supporting figures compiled.
10
You retain ownership of your data throughout. On termination we export and transfer it, as set out in the agreement.
